Celtic have slapped a £10.8million price tag on Jeremie Frimpong, according to a report.
The Giallorossi have been linked with a January move for the full-back after impressing since arriving at the club last summer.
But a switch was believed to be quickly off the cards as Roma were priced out of a move due to Celtic's asking price.
And according to Calciomercato.com, the Parkhead side are looking for offers to start at €12million (£10.8m).
Frimpong has two-and-a half years left on his current deal so the Hoops could want a higher figure for their prized asset.
Celtic and Neil Lennon regard Frimpong as one of their top talents and will be in no rush to part ways with him.
Hatem Abd Elhamed is likely to return to Israel on loan as he has struggled to settle in Glasgow and if he leaves in January, Frimpong would be the only recognised right-back on Celtic's books.
