Celtic's James McCarthy and wife Olivia announce they are expecting second baby

Celtic's midfielder James McCarthy and his wife, Olivia Marina Philbin, have announced some great news in an emotional video.

In the footage uploaded to Instagram, the couple uploaded their family's reaction with their niece crying opening a gift as the pair revealed they were due to have their second baby.

Sharing the good news, the Hoops couple also recorded the moment they found out the gender of their baby with a balloon bursting and the colours falling. However this footage was turned into black and white as to keep it a secret until they are ready to reveal what they are expecting.

The caption on their video, uploaded by Olivia reads: "& then there were four. One more precious baby to adore, our boy is so excited to be a big brother."

As well as their niece, their son Blaine can be seen feeling his mums belly on the beach as well as sitting next to the words "big brother" written in the sand at a beach.

Taking to the comments, people were fast to wish the couple the best and congragulating them on the great news.

One said: "Auntie Honour got me right in the feels. Best news."

Another commented: "Oh my goodness congratulations beautiful!!! Blaine is going to make the best big brother."

"Best newsssss !!!! How beautiful to grow another gorgeous baby my bestieee. Oh Blaine we can't wait for you to become a big brother. Huge congratulations again," wrote a third.

The news comes as Celtic ledged Jota Filipe has been pictured visiting a famous Glasgow pub ahead of the all important Scottish Cup semi-final match which takes place this Sunday (April 30).

Spotted at the Brazen Head, a famous Glasgow pub located on Cathcart Road, it has been an iconic bar for Hoops fans since 1994, using the same name of the famous bar in Dublin.

His visit to the popular Celtic bar comes as the Hoops continue preparations for the huge Scottish Cup semi-final showdown with Rangers this weekend.
