Celtic's 24 potential Europa League group stage foes including possible Battle of Britain and La Liga double chance

Seville will always hold special memories for Celtic and their supporters after going all the way to the UEFA Cup final in 2003.

And the Hoops ensured their bid to return to the Spanish city this season continues with the final again being held there again.

The competition might have been rebranded but the Europa League remains UEFA’s second tier competition and the Parkhead side will be dreaming of a long European adventure.

Celtic and their fans could even be heading to Seville long before the final with Real Betis also in the group stage and they are in Pot Three along with La Liga rivals Real Sociedad.

Ange Postecoglou has roared back from a shaky start to his managerial career in the east end of Glasgow.

And after completing the job against AZ Alkmaar in Holland, Celtic ensured their name will be in the hat for the group stage draw in Istanbul on Friday.

The draw host city will be represented with Galatasaray also involved and they are a Pot Four side who would be better avoided - along with Midtylland who ended their Champions League hopes.

Italian giants Napoli and Lazio are among the top seeds along with French cracks Lyon while West Ham United would provide a fascinating cross-border clash.

Here's a look at the pots ahead of the draw - with Celtic in pot 2 they obviously cannot draw any of the teams from that section.
