The Aussie coach will finally get his teeth stuck into Scottish football on the final day of July, as Robbie Neilson's Jambos offer them a warm welcome to the capital.
Two home matches in succession then follow for the Hoops, with another newly-promoted side, Dundee, travelling to Glasgow on August 7, whilst St Mirren will be Celtic 's opponents next, after the international break, on August 21.
The first eagerly-awaited Old Firm clash of the season will take place just one week later, on Saturday August 28, with Postecoglou set to sample the white-hot atmosphere of one of world football's fiercest derbies.
