Celtic 'reject' Kris Ajer transfer offer from Milan as Hoops set massive price tag

Celtic have 'rejected' an offer for Kris Ajer from Milan, according to reports in Italy.

The Serie A side are a number of sides tracking the Norwegian defender this summer.

Milan are ramping up their transfer plans with the arrival of new boss Ralf Rangnick from RB Leipzig as they look to bring in defensive reinforcements.

And Tuttosport claim the Italian giants have had their initial offer for Ajer knocked back by Celtic.

The same report also states the Parkhead club are looking for £27million for the centre-half with two years left on his current deal with the Premiership champions.

Sky Italia are also reporting that Milan have contacted Ajer's agent to see if he would be open to a move to Italy.

Ajer recently moved to a Dutch agency called SEG after leaving his previous representative Tore Pederson.
