Celtic provide Champions League update ahead of potential qualifying clash with Shkëndija or Kalju

Celtic have confirmed details for their potential Champions League second qualifying round clash with Shkëndija or Kalju.

Should Neil Lennon 's side finish the job against Sarajevo in next Wednesday's first round second leg then they will face either the Macedonian club or the Estonians in the next stage.

And they have confirmed the first leg will take place at Parkhead on Wednesday, July 24, with a 7.45pm kick off.

The return leg will take place six days later, on Tuesday, July 30.

Celtic are well on their way to the second qualifying round after an impressive fightback in Bosnia saw them defeat Sarajevo 3-1.

Goals from Mikey Johnston, Odsonne Edouard and Scott Sinclair did the damage.

Shkëndija look most likely to provide the opposition having won 1-0 in their away tie with Kalju.

The Macedonians, based in Tetovo in the north of the country, last faced Scottish opposition in 2015 when Aberdeen defeated them on away goals after a 1-1 draw in eastern Europe.
