Celtic player ratings: Jullien and Ajer suffer nightmare display vs Kilmarnock

Here are Celtic's player ratings for their 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock.

Barkas

A quiet debut for the keeper, bit didn't put a foot wrong. Dealt with crosses that you would expect him to, but was rarely forced into action. Had no chance with the penalty. 6

Taylor

Didn't quite have the impact as last week but was still getting up and down the left wing at every opportunity. Killie were able to crowd him out whenever he got in a semi-threatening position. 6

Jullien

A horrible performance from the centre-half. Struggled to deal with Kabamba right from the start and you could see the penalty coming a mile off. Clumsy doesn't cover it. Struggled to deal with his physicality all afternoon. 4

Ajer

Jullien's partner in crime didn't cover himself in glory either. Failed to deal with long balls going up to Kabamba and let Chris Burke roam in between the lines too. 5

(SNS Group)

Frimpong

Like Taylor, he was unable to get to the by-line and put his stamp on the game. Credit to Killie for sniffing out his threat. Subbed in the second half. 5

Brown

The skipper was a non-factor and struggled to get a hold of the game. Didn't put himself about like he is accustom to and was just playing side-to-side passes all afternoon. 5

McGregor

Killie crowded out the playmaker effectively and didn't get the space he requires to operate and dictate the play. Probably had Celtic's best chance of the half with a curling effort that went over the bar. 5

Christie

Celtic's best player by a country mile. The only player who actually looked a threat as the visitors looked for their winner. A shame that his team-mates weren't on the same wave length. Oh, and what a brilliant free kick too. 7

Elyounoussi

Quiet afternoon. Didn't really get into the game at all and every touch he took went backwards before he was eventually taken off in the second half. 5

Forrest

The winger played had some nice passages of play, but they were few and far between. Unlucky not to make contact with a first half header, but overall a poor performance with his high standards. 5

Edouard

Didn't have a touch inside the Killie penalty area in the first half so that says it all really. Improved a little after the break but Kirk Broadfoot and Stuart Findlay kept the striker at bay. 5

Subs

Klimala

Came on to support Edouard and looked lively. Had a few half chances, but never got the service. 5

Elhamed

Brought on as Celtic changed to a three at the back. Solid, but was not really tested. 4

Ntcham

Given a run out as the champions searched for a winner but didn't make an impact. 3

Bolingoli

On for the last few minutes. 2
