Celtic have opened talks with Tottenham over the signing of Joe Hart, according to a report.
The former England No. 1 has been relegated to No. 3 at the London outfit after the signing of Pierluigi Gollini to challenge Hugo Lloris for the starting slot.
Celtic tried to sign him last summer but a deal couldn't be done and they ended up signing Vasilis Barkas instead while Hart joined Spurs.
But now renowned transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed the two clubs are holding talks and Hart could make his way to Celtic Park.
He says negotiations are ongoing and are yet to be completed but he is a target for Ange Postecoglou as he looks to strengthen his squad.
Barkas has been criticised for his performances since joining Celtic but it was hoped by the club that a new manager could give him a new lease of life.
But he was at fault for Midtjylland's equaliser last week and was badly caught out of position in the friendly with West Ham over the weekend.
It's unclear if he'll start against the Danish side tonight with Postecoglou insisting he doesn't have a set No. 1 and Barkas and Scott Bain both have a chance.
