Celtic are among the clubs closely monitoring "highly sought-after" Stade de Reims midfielder Mory Gbane, according to a new report.

The 27-year-old, who joined the Ligue 1 side in February 2025, has quickly established himself as a key figure, making 49 appearances across all competitions and becoming a regular presence in midfield.

Gbane has earned a reputation as a physically dominant ball-winner, but it is his technical ability and composure in possession that have really caught the eye.

His performances have reinforced the promise he showed during his time at Gil Vicente, with his consistency now attracting growing interest from across Europe.

Reims are understood to be open to a sale should a substantial offer arrive, setting up a potential transfer battle if Celtic choose to firm up their interest.
