Celtic are reportedly looking at Hibs star Kevin Nisbet as they identify signing targets for their new manager's summer rebuilding programme.
Former Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has long been linked to the Parkhead hot seat, and the club are looking at a number of targets to help him in the job.
Scotland star Nisbet, who has enjoyed a brilliant first season with Hibs after signing from Dunfermline Athletic, is one of them, according to the Scottish Sun.
It is anticipated that Nisbet, from Cambuslang, could offset a number of exits up front, with Odsonne Edouard likely to leave this summer, Patryk Klimala left for New York Red Bulls in the MLS last month, and Leigh Griffiths' future looks decidedly uncertain.
Nisbet, 24, who is reportedly rated at £3million, could be heading to Celtic after netting 18 goals since arriving from the Scottish Championship.
Either way, Hibs look likely to have their resolve tested, as they already knocked back a transfer request from Nisbet in January when Birmingham City were ready to offer £3.1m.
Since then, Nisbet has broken into Steve Clarke's Scotland squad and has a chance of featuring at the Euros this summer.
Hibs host Celtic on Saturday in their final Premiership match of the season, which might provide a close-up look at the striker.
