Celtic line-up vs St Mirren revealed as Scott Brown excluded from squad

Neil Lennon has named his Celtic line-up to face St Mirren this afternoon.

The Parkhead boss has named the same side that beat Hamilton 2-0 midweek as they look to put a run together for the second half of the Premiership season.

Scott Brown returns from suspension after his red card against Livingston, but doesn't find a spot on the bench.

Leigh Griffiths and Odsonne Edouard were back among the goals and lead the line once again. The French striker has shrugged off an injury as he limped off against Accies.

Scott Bain keeps his place in between the sticks after Lennon said Vasilis Barkas' form did not merit the no.1 jersey.

There is an unchanged defence of Kris Ajer, Nir Bitton, Shane Duffy and Greg Taylor with a midfield diamond of Ismaila Soro, Callum McGregor, David Turnbull and Mohamed Elyounoussi as Griffiths and Edouard are deployed in attack. Ryan Christie is named on the bench.

Celtic XI: Bain, Ajer, Duffy, Bitton, Taylor, Soro, McGregor, Turnbull, Elyounoussi, Edouard, Griffiths.

Bench: Barkas, Ajeti, Klimala, Christie, Rogic, Ralston, Johnston, Welsh, Laxalt
