The Hoops boss has made one change from the weekend as Odsonne Edouard replaces Albian Ajeti who misses out through injury.
David Turnbull impressed off the bench in the second half of their 3-0 win over Hibs, but he has not made the starting XI against the Bosnian side.
Lennon looks to be sticking to his 3-5-2 formation he has deployed in recent weeks and Ryan Christie or Mohamed Elyounoussi will partner Edouard up top.
Celtic are 90 minutes away from the group stage and will hope to build on their impressive performance against the Easter Road side on Sunday.
