Celtic will reportedly have to pay around £8.4 million if they want to sign Veljko Milosavljevic this summer.
The central defender was linked with a move to Parkhead earlier this month.
Just 17 years of age, Milosavljevic has broken into the Red Star Belgrade first team of late, and has made 17 appearances for them this season.

He was said to have attracted attention from Celtic, although now, Paris Saint-Germain have entered the race. Sportsport.ba claims that the Champions League finalists have sent scouts to watch Milosavljevic and have 'discussed' a potential move.
Red Star, however, are in 'no rush' to sell the Serbian, and have put a price tag of €10m on his head, which roughly equates to £8.4m.
It remains to be seen where Celtic may look to strengthen this summer.
Brendan Rodgers, though, sent a clear transfer message after his side's 1-1 draw with St Mirren on Saturday: "At a big club, you can't stand still," he told Sky Sports.
"You always have to be prepared and think into the future as well as the present."
Celtic take on Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final this weekend as they look to secure a sought-after domestic treble. It would be Rodgers' third in charge of the club.
