Celtic have launched a new sensory pack for young supporters attending their home matches at Parkhead.
Consumer Champion Martin Newman has worked alongside his beloved club on this project after the successful launch of the Invisible Disability ID and has now 'kindly agreed to donate the sensory packs which we hope will make a positive difference to young supporters.' according to the Scottish Premiership champions.
Packs are designed to help Celtic fans who come across a multitude of challenges, particularly those with autism, when attending Celtic Park. They are designed to make the matchday experience more comfortable and enjoyable, each pack coming in a club drawstring bag that includes items like a Celtic branded tangle toy, stress ball and fidget spinner. The pack also includes an Invisible Disabilities Lanyard.
Newman said: "I wanted to support the club in the creation of sensory packs for Celtic fans who have hidden disabilities.

"Who, in particular, have autism, to enable them have an equally enjoyable and comfortable experience at Celtic Park as any other fan would do."
Celtic’s Disability Access Officer Alexis Dobbin said: “We hope the pack we have launched will be really popular with our supporters and, of course, something they can use at matches to make sure they can have a really comfortable experience at Celtic Park.
“Our objective will always be to ensure our fans have a positive and comfortable experience at Celtic Park and it is important we recognise the needs of all visitors.
"Through these lanyards, our staff will be aware of our supporters’ individual needs and this will allow us to offer further, tailored assistance when required.”
