Celtic are "interested" in Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Balazs Toth, according to a new report.
The Hungary international has caught the eye of the Scottish Premiership champions as they seek competition for Viljami Sinisalo.
Alan Nixon suggests Celtic are keen on Toth, who has turned down a new deal at Ewood Park and has just one year left on his current contract. It is believed that Blackburn are open to selling him rather than risk losing him for nothing next summer.
The Rovers reportedly value the 28-year-old at £3 million to £4 million, but Celtic are yet to match that figure. Nixon suggests the Scottish champions might propose a bonus-heavy offer before the transfer window shuts.

The 6ft 2in keeper, who has six caps for Hungary, was named Blackburn’s Players’ Player of the Year last season.
Former Celtic manager Tony Mowbray, now at Blackburn, admitted that Toth is unlikely to sign a new deal, but will continue to play until a move is finalised. He said, "What I do know is he’s a wonderful human being, he’s a great guy, I connect on a human level with my players and my goalkeepers.
"He’s a happy, smiley kid, but I don’t know… I am fully aware that he’s not signing a new contract. He’s been made offers; he’s made a decision that he’s not going to, and where does that leave us?
"We have two talented goalkeepers out of contract and potentially having a value to the club that they might cash in on, or they might not cash in on, and we have to wait and see what the team’s decision is."
