Celtic fans name man of the match v Livingston as four players earn impressive ratings

Callum McGregor was the Celtic fans' choice for man of the match in the victory over Livingston.

We at Glasgow Live asked supporters to give their own player ratings in the wake of the 3-2 win on Saturday – a result which took Neil Lennon's men to the top of the table.

Goals from Albian Ajeti, Ryan Christie and a stunning strike from McGregor were enough to take the three points. Livi made things tough for the champions throughout, and scored themselves through Jason Holt and Julien Serrano.

However the Parkhead side came out on top, and supporters reckon they have four key men to thank for that. Looking at the player ratings as chosen by fans, McGregor scored 7.9, Ajeti (7.8), Ryan Christie (7.5), Shane Duffy (7.3).

A number of players, including Olivier Ntcham and Jeremie Frimpong scored above six but less than seven, while Scott Brown and Greg Taylor impressed less – and had an average score of less than six.

David Turnbull, Nir Bitton, James Forrest, Moi Elyounoussi and Patryk Klimala all scored low, but were only used as substitutes.

You can check out the full player ratings below. The results came from an article published on Glasgow Live shortly after full-time. You can check it out here.
