Celtic fans handed Copenhagen perk as club release travel advice for Europa League clash

Celtic fans will be able to buy beer inside Copenhagen's Parken Stadium for the first leg of their Europa League clash.

The club released information for supporters travelling to Denmark's capital, including advice for fans getting to and from the game.

But there was one perk that stood out for supporters as they learned they can enjoy a cold one during the game while watching Neil Lennon's men.

The Parkhead faithful will occupy Section D behind the goal with gates opening 90 minutes prior to kick-off.

There will also be a free shuttle train service at full-time that will take fans back to the city centre.

Celtic go into the tie next week full of confidence after a flawless return from the winter break as they stretched their lead at the top of the Premiership to ten points on Wednesday night, after a 5-0 win over Hearts.

Lennon has also been handed a selection boost ahead of the first leg as Hatem Abd Elhamed, Nir Bitton and Jeremie Frimpong have returned to training this week and should be in contention.

Frimpong was stretchered off against Kilmarnock in January after a heavy tackle from Alan Power.

But the injury was not as bad as first feared and the full-back, who has been a revelation for Celtic this season, was put through his paces at Lennoxtown on Thursday morning as he hopes to be involved next week.
