Celtic fans hail David Turnbull display in sealing quadruple treble

David Turnbull won his first piece of silverware on Sunday after helping Celtic to a dramatic Scottish Cup final win on penalties.

The Wishaw ace has made a big impression since his arrival from Motherwell in August and he started the clash which sealed a quadruple treble for the Hoops.

Sunday's success saw them claimed their 12th straight domestic trophy with a 4-3 shootout win, following an epic 3-3 draw after extra-time.

Celtic played their best football with Turnbull on the pitch in the first-half as they raced into a 2-0 lead, but twice Hearts hauled themselves level to make it 2-2 in 90 minutes and then equalised in extra-time after Leigh Griffiths had given Neil Lennon's side a 3-2 lead.
