Celtic fans are over the moon with the news that Eddie Howe is close to landing the Parkhead job.
The manager is in 'advanced talks' with the Hoops as they look to name Neil Lennon's successor, reports the Daily Record.
Howe's name has been in the mix from day one, but developments over the past 24 hours have put him in pole position to be appointed the new Celtic boss.
Supporters have had to stay patient, but they are delighted Celtic are closing in on a manager of his calibre.
