Celtic fans delighted as Mo Elyounoussi deal 'moves closer'

A Norwegian report claiming Mo Elyounoussi is about to join Celtic has got fans excited.

Elyounoussi was a hit during his Celtic Park loan spell last season, after arriving from Southampton.

The 25-year-old, who has been capped 24 times by Norway, made 20 appearances for Neil Lennon's side and scored seven goals.

Norwegian publication VGSporten today reports that he spent the weekend choosing between Real Betis and Celtic, and has now decided that he will return to Glasgow on loan.

They claim that he and his family are settled in Scotland, and that when the details are finalised he will stay in the country for another year.
