Celtic teen Dara Jikiemi has penned a contract with Premier League giants Liverpool.
The 16-year-old defender is the latest in a long line of promising talent from Parkhead who have been snapped up by clubs down south.

"Jikiemi has signed paperwork on Sunday to join #LFC on a 5 year contract."
The Hoops will be due training compensation for the player but, due to it being cross-border, that will be less than had he gone abroad.
Jikiemi is believed to have knocked back the likes of Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United to move to the Reds and follow in the footsteps of Ben Gannon-Doak who did the same back in 2022.

Before those moves Celts previously lost the likes of Liam Morrison and Barry Hepburn to Bayern Munich.
