Ferencvaros goalkeeper Denes Dibusz admits his team could have been battered by Celtic - but insists they'll be aiming for revenge in Budapest.
The Parkhead club got their Europa League group campaign up and running with a 2-0 win that leaves the Hungarian champions on zero points with no goals scored.
A stunning Kyogo Furuhashi opener was compounded by a Ferencvaros own goal, and Dibusz was responsible for keeping the score down by saving a Callum McGregor penalty and pulling off some other fine stops.
Now the goalkeeper is looking for revenge against Ange Postecoglou 's side when they renew hostilities in Budapest in two weeks' time.
He said: "I have to admit Celtic created a lot of chances and could easily have scored more goals.
"In fact, we should be glad it didn't become a nasty defeat in the end.
"In the second half, we couldn't get out of our half. We couldn't find any space and I would honestly say we had no real chance of winning.
"We were simply shocked by the Scots after half time and once they took the lead, there was nothing we could do.
"We have to learn from this match and we need to be far more attacking.
"I think that match against Celtic at home will be our last chance to keep our qualification hopes alive."
And midfielder Balint Vecsei reckoned Celtic were tougher to play against than group rivals Real Betis and Bayer Leverkusen.
He explained: "We couldn't play with the freedom we did against Betis and Leverkusen because Celtic never gave us the ball.
"Celtic dictated the pace once they scored and it was very difficult for us at their home stadium. They punished us a lot and we need to learn quickly from this defeat."
