Celtic confirm Well fans' TV blackout

Celtic have confirmed that Motherwell fans won't be able to watch their match at Celtic Park on Sunday.

An agreement has been in place this season for 'away' fans to buy a match via pay per view (PPV) and click on 'away team commentary' to watch it during lockdown.

However, Celtic are not allowing PPV for this match either for Motherwell fans or their own non-season ticket holder supporters.

Only subscribers outside of the UK will have access to the game.

A spokesperson for Celtic FC said: "The match is on our Virtual Platform that is only open to season ticket holders, and not available on a PPV basis.

"Celtic TV will show the match to non UK subscribers."
