Celtic’s Champions League rivals Midtjylland stepped up their preparations for their huge Euro clash with a win over Swedish champions Malmo.
The Danish side travel to Glasgow on July 20 for the first leg of their second qualifying round tie before the return eight days later.
And Bo Henriksen’s men impressed in a 2-1 win against Scandinavian rivals Malmo in their first pre-season friendly.
Icelandic international winger Mikael Anderson and Danish Under-21 star Anders Dreyer were both on target in the victory, with Swedish defender Felix Beijmo netting for the home side who had former Hoops striker Jo Inge Berget in their side.
Captain Erik Sviatchenko started amid speculation he could return to Parkhead but was replaced at half time by Daniel Hoegh as Henriksen made changes.

All three goals arrived in the second have with Anderson rifling home the opener from just outside the box before a Dreyer curled a scorcher into the back of the net.
Denmark’s league campaign starts four days before Midtjylland’s first leg tie against Celtic and they are building up to that.
They face further friendly games against AGF on Thursday followed by Lech Poznan next Wednesday and Sigma Olomouc on July 10 before the big kick off.
New Celtic boss Ange Postecolgou insists he’s ready for such a big challenge early in his Parkhead reign.
The Australian will take his side to a training camp in Wales with some friendlies arranged to get them ready.
And he said: “Midtjylland are a good side. They had a good Champions League run and I have followed them for years because they’ve had a couple of Australian lads in their team.
“It’s a hell of a challenge for us, but that’s why I’m here. I have three-and-a-half weeks to prepare and every day is going to be important.”
