Celtic boss Neil Lennon on the Hoops' mentality that never wavers as boss predicts more title twists

Celtic boss Neil Lennon has not detected a change in his side's mentality in training this week after Rangers' slip up in the title race against Hearts, the Daily Record reports.

Steven Gerrard's side fell to defeat at Tynecastle on Sunday leaving the reigning Premiership champions five points clear of their rivals at the top of the SPFL.

The Light Blues have a game in hand though, but the poor result could prove pivotal come the end of the season as every point becomes crucial from here on in.

But Lennon says he is not reading too much into the result as he believes there will be more twists and turns before the end of the season.

He said ahead of Celtic's away trip to Perth against St Johnstone: "It's a result that happens. Things will twist and turn maybe as we go along.

"We are just concentrating on St Johnstone and looking forward to the game because we have played quite well since the turn of the year.

"I've not really detected any change in their emotions over the last couple of days. Our focus is on Wednesday. We have to concentrate on our own business and keep things nice and calm."
