Celtic boss Neil Lennon keen on transfer swoop for Burnley star Robbie Brady

Robbie Brady has emerged as a summer target for Celtic.

The 29-year-old Burnley star is yet to agree a new deal at Turf Moor and, if further talks fail, then he will become a free agent in the summer.

That has opened the door for Hoops boss Neil Lennon, who wants to strengthen his squad on the back of a disappointing campaign and sees the player as a key part of his future plans.

Brady started his career at Manchester United but failed to make the breakthrough at Old Trafford.

He joined Hull in 2013 after two loans spells and, two years after making that switch permanent, he left for Norwich.

The Republic of Ireland international then moved to Burnley in 2017 and has been a key figure in the success they have achieved under Sean Dyche.
