Celtic and St Johnstone fans were left frustrated by issues with Premier Sports coverage of Saturday's semi-final.
A number of viewers took to social media with complaints over the quality of the broadcast and were advised to switch channels.
Ange Postecoglou 's side are taking on Callum Davidson's Premier Sports Cup holders for a place in the final, but getting a good look at the action proved difficult for some Sky customers.
The picture was described as "pixelated, jumpy and grainy" throughout the first period at Hampden.
One fan Tweeted: "Premier Sports have a decent picture challenge (impossible)"

Another said: "The quality is an absolute disgrace tonight!!! Sort it out premier sports"
One supporter wrote: "Premier sports picture quality is absolutely shocking"
"Premier Sports picture quality is terrible", said one.
The Tweets kept coming throughout the first period.
One user said: "It’s a bold strategy from Premier Sports to launch the first streaming player that needs to be rebooted every ten minutes without fail. Hope it works out for them"
Another added: "Outrageous that premier sports charge for this coverage, the quality is so bad. All pixelated, jumpy and grainy."
Premier Sports tweeted from their official account to offer a fix, advising Sky customers to switch channels.
They tweeted: "Due to picture issues some Sky customers are experiencing on Premier Sports 1 we are now also showing Celtic v St Johnstone on Premier Sports 2. Please switch over to channel 421."
