UEFA have issued a warning to fans not to make any travel plans for away games as they are yet to decide whether away fans will be allowed for group stage games.
It comes as Rangers and Celtic get set to kick off their full Europa League campaigns next month.
Current Covid travel restrictions mean that UEFA don't allow away ticket allocations for European games in the Champions League, Europa League or Conference League competitions.
It means no Scottish fans have been permitted to travel abroad for games with Celtic and Rangers each playing to home-only crowds in their playoff second legs on Thursday.
It was the same for Aberdeen, Hibs and St Johnstone, who each crashed out before the group stage.
There is an expectation that UEFA will allow visiting allocations in countries where Covid levels are deemed to be safe.
But there is yet to be an announcement on the matter.
And after clubs learned their groups on Friday, fans have been warned not to make any travel plans until a further announcement is made.
A UEFA spokesperson said: "The current rule not to allow travelling fans at UEFA club competitions matches is currently being reviewed by UEFA and a subsequent decision will be communicated in the next days.
"We advise fans to not make any travel arrangements before a decision has been communicated."
