Celtic and Rangers fans all say the same thing about surprise Scotland line-up

Celtic and Rangers fans are both disappointed to see their star players left out of tonight's Scotland line-up against Czech Republic.

Steve Clarke left several big names out of his starting XI as he made wholesale changes from Friday's 1-1 with Israel.

Notably Celtic duo James Forrest and Callum McGregor have dropped to the bench alongside Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack.

Arsenal's Kieran Tierney and Aston Villa star John McGinn have also been named among the substitutes for the Nations League clash.

And both sets of supporters believe Clarke has made the wrong call with his Scotland team.

@aboutceltic said: Why do we insist on rotating the team so much when there's no need?! Pick who you believe is is your best XI & stick to it as best as you can. This constant changing certainly isn't helping us moving forward.

@AMc88 tweeted: "Somehow managed to pick a team worse than the other night. 0-0 incoming.

@_DECM88 added: "Reeking of a 1-0 defeat and the TL being packed with the usual ‘it's s**** being Scottish’ patter."

@1872Curtis tweeted: "It’s a joke that David Marshall starts ahead of McLaughlin."

@Glxn72 said: "Oh god we’re getting beat by the reserves aren’t we."

@mitchgreen added: "Tierney on the bench and playing Scot McTominay at the back, f*** me surely he's losing plot."

Scotland XI: Marshall, McTominay, Robertson, McKenna, Dykes, Christie, Fleck, Cooper, Armstrong, McLean, Palmer.

Bench: McLaughlin, McCrorie, Jack, Tierney, Forrest, McGinn, McGregor, Paterson, Gallagher, Burke, O'Donnell, Taylor.
