Sky Sports are set to show two massive Scottish Premiership battles and NO top flight action from England for an entire midweek card as they hand over to Amazon next month.
The global behemoth has once again nabbed a slate of Premier League action down south to leave Sky with big shoes to fill.
On that same midweek, two massive clashes take place at either end of the M8 with Celtic and Rangers taking on Hearts and Hibs respectively.
Every game from the EPL will be shown live on Amazon Prime Video between November 30 and December 2.
We'll see how some of Scotland's showpiece fixtures stack up however starting with the December 1 showdown at Easter Road with Rangers the visitors in a repeat of the Premier Sports Cup semi-final this Sunday.
And the following night it's Hearts who will look to prove their league credentials are very much intact when they visit Parkhead to take on Ange Postecoglou and Celtic.
The likes of Prime Video and over-the-top platform DAZN - which shows the Scottish Premiership overseas - are slowly encroaching on the territory of previously untouchable traditional broadcasters and can offer cheaper subscription costs.
With many of the best TV and movie offerings heading straight for streaming platforms there's a sense some sports fans are refusing to budge from what they know while others are more receptive to change.
It's over to us at the start of December to show how we stack up in the brave new world.
