Celtic, Aberdeen and Kilmarnock have gifted their share of James Anderson's £3.125m donation to charity.
All 42 SPFL clubs applied successfully for the COVID-19 Crisis Fund grant with £50k to be paid out shortly.
The fund was made possible when wealthy Edinburgh banker Anderson offered the sum in a huge philanthropic gesture to help stabilise the Scottish game.
Anderson has helped Ann Budge in the past and it was the Hearts owner who brought the generous Baillie Gifford partner to the table.
£800k has already been paid out with more to follow as clubs return documentation.
Teams were able to secure the grant by showing evidence of their work in supporting local communties.
It's thought that the cash could be crucial in getting matches to return in the lower leagues and has allayed fears League One and Two could have been put into hibernation for the season ahead.
At least 17 of the clubs have made representations the funds will be used for testing kits with the further intention of making the facilities available to their local communities.
Others intend to use the cash to upgrade their facilities to new standards of bio-security while some clubs are looking to install broadcast systems to allow live streaming.
