Celebs Go Dating airs gross scenes on Monday night, as Josh Ritchie throws up during a date.
Charlotte Crosby's ex, who joined the dating agency just weeks after splitting from the Geordie Shore star, ends up puking - while it's not yet known why.
He heads off on his final date of the series with current flame Natalia, before the trip of a lifetime to the Dominican Republic.
But he might end up going alone if he puts her off when he ends up being sick on their date.
A teaser for the next episode shows the former Love Island star crouching over a toilet bowl.
He's heard retching, before shouting: "Oh my..."
He then continues throwing up in scenes that will no doubt put viewers off on Monday night.
It's not known what has caused the vomiting, and whether he managed to keep it all in until he got to the toilets.
With details of the date not revealed until the episode, fans will have to tune in to find out what happened.
But something about the scenes has already confused fans, before they've even seen the whole thing.
Some viewers couldn't work out why there was a camera in the toilets, with the operator following him into the cubicle.
The show most likely thought it would make great telly, and with every other bit of the dates filmed they weren't likely to avoid filming the latest drama.
That didn't stop viewers questioning it though, with one tweeting: "Why tf would the cameras go into the toilets while someone is puking who wants to see that?!"
Meanwhile others questioned whether his date would go as planned, amid rumours he's dating co-star Olivia Bentley after doing the show.
A viewer tweeted: "It's so weird knowing that Liv and Josh are dating irl."
Celebs Go Dating airs all this week at 9pm on E4.
