Claudia Winkleman was seen choosing her Traitors in a nail-biting first look at Wednesday night’s episode of Celebrity Traitors.
A slew of famous faces will compete at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands in a bid to win £100,000 for their chosen charity, including Stephen Fry, Alan Carr, Paloma Faith, and Kate Garraway.
In a series of photos released before the series premiere, the A-listers were blind-folded and seen looking tense as they sat around the iconic roundtable.
Host Winkleman, clad in a black suit and white blouse, was spotted going around the table as she silently selected the first Traitors by tapping them on the shoulder.
The Traitors and Faithfuls will be revealed in the first episode of the beloved BBC show, which originally premiered in 2022 and is set to return on Wednesday, October 8.
Joining Fry, Carr, Faith and Garraway in the star-studded line-up is singer Car Burns, actor Celia Imrie, singer Charlotte Church, broadcaster Clare Balding, filmmaker David Olusoga, rugby star Joe Marler, comedian Joe Wilkinson, and presenter Jonathan Ross.

The other stars entering the castle are comedian Lucy Beaumont, actor Mark Bonnar, actor and comedian Nick Mohammed, content creator Niko Omilana, actor Ruth Codd, actor and comedian Tameka Empson and Olympic star Tom Daley.
Comedian Carr has already said he will be doing “no comedy” as part of his plan to win the show.
Asked whether he had a strategy for the game, the Chatty Man star said: “There will be a different side to me. I’ll have to adapt; no comedy, it’s one of those shows where you have to shape-shift.
“You have to chat to people you wouldn’t normally chat with just to see if they are hiding anything. I don’t think it’s a case of how good you are at being a traitor or a faithful.
“It’s how you adapt and how you draw on your social skills. I’ve worked in a call centre where I had to deal with one thing after another, so I think my call-centre skills are going to come in handy.”
Chat show presenter Ross said his lack of trust for celebrities will help him on the show.

“I’ve watched all the versions around the world and I love playing games,” he explained.
“I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be in the castle. It’s one of those experiences that money can’t buy to actually be in The Traitors after you’ve watched it so many times.
“Also, because I don’t trust any celebrities, I think I’m going to immediately assume they’re all traitors.”
The premise of the show is simple - at the roundtable, Faithfuls try to identify and banish Traitors by voting them out, while Traitors are tasked with staying undetected and “murdering” the other players at night.
If a Traitor avoids all banishments, they’ll win the game and take the prize money.
The Celebrity Traitors will air on iPlayer and BBC One every Wednesday and Thursday from 9pm.
