Celebrity Gogglebox adds Gordon Ramsay and daughter Tilly to Channel 4 show

Firebrand celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his Strictly starring daughter Tilly are the newest additions to the Celebrity Googlebox roster.

The famous father-daughter duo are set to appear on the Channel 4 show in matching onesies for the Stand Up To Cancer special, the Mirror reports.

Gordon and Tilly will star alongside Gogglebox regulars on Friday at 9pm on Channel 4.

Gordon and Tilly said: “We’re always happy to support the superb work that Stand Up To Cancer do, and despite our TV tastes being polar opposites, we had a lot of fun filming this very special episode of Gogglebox.

“Every penny raised goes towards finding cures for cancer so I hope we can help raise bucketloads of money.”

This news has come after Celebrity Gogglebox star Babatúndé Aléshé has rumoured to be starring in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! The comedian is well-known for his quips on pal Mo Gilligan's couch while filming the series.

According to sources, Babatúndé has impressed bosses so much that they are 'excited' to have him on the show – which is returning to Australia. The insider claimed: "He’s become a firm favourite with Celebrity Gogglebox viewers and producers reckon he’ll be a great campmate.

"He’s been doing stand-up for years but it’s his banter and constant one-liners with best mate Mo on Celebrity Gogglebox that really impressed the casting team."

The insider also told The Sun that "its a great opportunity" for the star to head into the jungle for some airtime. An ITV spokesperson explained: "Any names suggested for I'm A Celebrity are just speculation, we'll announce our line up nearer transmission."
