Celebrity Big Brother star Sally Morgan revealed that she is set to undergo a face lift after losing a whopping 16.5 stone throughout the last decade.
The 69-year-old medium, famed for TV shows such as Sally Morgan : Star Psychic, revealed that she is set to go under the knife in a bid to remove excess skin from her neck.
She is also going to have liposuction around her hips following her dramatic weight loss journey.
Speaking to Closer magazine, the mum of three admitted that she had tried to cover her neck with scarves but eventually decided to address her concerns with surgery.
"My neck is just skin. It doesn't look good and it doesn't feel good," she told the publication.
She later added: "When I was a bigger woman, I still felt sexy, my husband never rejected me and he always loved me. We had our very passionate moments, wink wink!"
Sally Morgan topped the scales at around 27 stone in 2009 after struggling with yo-yo dieting.
Speaking about her former struggle with dieting on Loose Women, Sally told the panel in 2018: "I started putting on weight from the age of 32, so really from the age of 33 I was yo-yo dieting.
"I was 27 stone, and so when you lose weight, you then think 'oh this is amazing, I will have a potato tonight.' I had real issues with it."
However, the television star previously revealed that she suffered a minor heart attack and medical staff urged her to undergo the process in order to save her life.
Sally, who claims to have seen her first ghost at the age of four, went on to appear in Celebrity Big Brother in 2018. She was popular enough in the reality show to become a finalist.
