Loan Ranger Cedric Itten insists he has no intention of cutting short his time in Germany to return to Ibrox.
And that is despite the Swiss striker playing for the WORST team across Europe’s top leagues in Bundesliga outfit Greuther Furth.
Itten joined the newly-promoted side on loan on transfer deadline day in August and the 24-year-old scored in one of his first games for the club against none other than Bayern Munich.
However, the season has turned into a nightmare with Greuther Furth sitting bottom of the Bundesliga by 11 points after only one win in 17 league games.
They have made the worst start of any club in Bundesliga history and have the lowest points tally by far of all of Europe's top-flight leagues.
However, Itten - who scored four goals last season as Rangers romped to the Scottish Premiership title - is determined to stick it out at the club, despite an almost total reversal from last term.

He said: "Last year at Rangers we won practically every match. And now suddenly things are going in the other direction.
“You have to digest that first, it's not easy to accept and it has been a difficult situation. But I've always been a fighter by nature in my life, that's my thing.
"I had a serious knee injury when I was at St Gallen when I tore a ligament and people said I was finished.
"That injury taught me to appreciate every minute that you are allowed to play on the pitch.
"So although the situation is far from ideal, I'm not giving up and we will continue to fight for the remainder of the season and see what happens."
