CCTV is to be installed in another Grangemouth park after a spate of anti-social behaviour incidents in recent weeks.
Council bosses say the cameras will be erected in Inchyra Park "soon".
On Tuesday, we told you how mindless yobs wrecked a number of trees there - including those planted in memory of loved ones.
Council David Balfour, said: "Due to ongoing vandalism in the park, I have been liaising with Police Scotland and the Council with the view to getting CCTV in the park.
"CCTV will be getting installed soon."
The move is being welcomed by locals with many taking to social media to express their delight.
One person said: "This is brilliant news, those trees cost about £400 each."
Another wrote: "Fantastic, hopefully it'll deter the young ones from causing carnage and running riot."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We know that anti-social behaviour has a disruptive effect on local communities and will act on any information we receive.
"Anyone who has concerns about anti-social behaviour in their area is encouraged to contact police by calling 101 as promptly as possible."
