Police appealing for information have released CCTV images of a man involved in an incident in Glasgow.

It occurred around 2:30pm on Wednesday, March 17 at the junction between Chancellor Street and Hyndland Street in Partick.

The man has been described as white, in his late thirties or early forties, of a heavy build with short receding, grey hair.

Images released of the man show him wearing a dark jacket with orange zips, grey joggers and white trainers.

The nature of the incident has not been shared by Police Scotland but enquiries are ongoing.

Constable Mary MacIntyre said: “As part of our ongoing investigation we are eager to identify the man in the CCTV footage and ask anyone who recognises him, or the man himself to get in touch, as he may have information that can assist.

"Anyone with information can contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 1871 of Wednesday, March 17.

"Alternatively, they can make an anonymous call to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
