Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to after a teenager was followed onto an Elizabeth line train and sexually assaulted.
A 16-year-old girl was followed by a man as she boarded a bus towards Abbey Wood Underground station on Wednesday, July 8 at around 12.40pm.
Police said the man was looking at her throughout the journey, and followed her off the bus and onto a train at Abbey Wood towards Tottenham Court Road.
Once at Tottenham Court Road, the girl left the train and was again followed by the man.
He then approached her and sexually assaulted her before walking off, police said.
Detectives would like to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he may have information which could help their investigation.
