An 18-year-old victim was assaulted on a pub dance floor that left him with a broken nose.
The incident happened at the Market Inn pub, Market Place, Ilkeston at around 1am on Sunday, January 5.
Police who have been investigating the assault have now released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to about the incident.
Officers have been following a number of lines of enquiry and are now seeking help from the public to identify the man pictured.
