CCTV images have been released after a family left a steak restaurant without paying for their meal.
Police are investigating the alleged theft from the Miller & Carter restaurant and have released the images of two people they would like to speak to.
At around 4.30pm on May 27, it was reported that a family-of-four were at the Miller & Carter restaurant on Newcastle Road, Sunderland , and had a meal.
However, the customers are then alleged to have not settled the £125 bill and left the restaurant without paying.
An investigation is ongoing to locate those involved, and as part of their inquiries, officers have identified two individuals they would like to speak to.
The pair, or anyone who knows them, are asked to call Northumbria Police on 101 quoting reference 287 300519 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
