CCTV released after £2,500 worth of drinks stolen from Turkish restaurant in Nottingham

Police have released CCTV images following a burglary at a Turkish restaurant in Nottingham.

Officers say £2,500 worth of alcohol and soft drinks stolen Rakki Rakkas Restaurant in Mansfield Road, Sherwood.

The restaurant was targeted on October 26 at around 8pm.

Officers have issued CCTV images of men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Police Constable Jade Clay, who is leading the investigation, said: "We have issued these pictures which shows a group of men in the area. We would like to speak to them in connection with the incident.

"Rakki Rakkas Restaurant on Mansfield Road in Sherwood was targeted on October 26 at around 8pm.

"It was reported a group of men broke into the premises and stole a large quantity of drinks.

"If you can help with our enquiries please call 101, quoting incident number 131 of 27 October 2020."
