Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to trace as part of their investigation into a serious assault in Glasgow.
The incident, involving a number of men, took place around 3.30pm on Saturday, August 11 last year in the Gallowgate area, with a 34-year-old man suffered serious injuries as result.
Officers believe that the man shown in the images may be able to assist with their enquiries and would ask any members of the public who recognise him to come forward.
He is described as white, around 20 -25 years of age, of medium build with dark brown hair. In the images shown, he is wearing a striped t-shirt, denim jeans and white trainers.
Detective Constable Paul Fraser of Glasgow CID said: "Anyone who recognises this man or who has information which could help us identify him is urged to come forward as soon as possible.
"Anyone who can help can call 101, quoting incident number 2838 of 11 August 2018, or Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously can be contacted on 0800 555 111."
