CCTV images released after homophobic comment made to victim who had jaw broken in city centre

Police have released CCTV images of two men after a homophobic comment was made to another man who was assaulted and had his jaw broken.

The assault happened on Maid Marian Way in the city centre at around 6am on Sunday, May 26.

The homophobic comment was made to the victim in Friar Lane before he was attacked.

Police want to speak to the two men pictured as they may have information that could help with the investigation.

Anyone who recognises the men, or has any information that could help the enquiry, is asked to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 177 of May 26, 2019, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
