CCTV images released after 'football fans' trash pub ahead of Bristol City vs Millwall match

Police have released CCTV images of several men after a pub in Bedminster was trashed.

The Luckwell Hotel was smashed up, with most of its windows broken and tables and chairs left in a mess back in December 2018.

Police believe those involved had planned to attend Bristol City’s match against Millwall which took place the following day.

Four men were arrested from a hotel in the city the morning after the incident took place and remain released under investigation while enquiries continue.

The disorder happened at around 6.20pm on December 1.

No one was seriously injured but significant damage was caused to the pub.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary is now appealing for the public's help to identify those pictured in the CCTV images.

A police spokesperson said: "We’re releasing CCTV images of several men we’d like to identify in connection with a disorder at a Bristol pub.

"If you recognise anyone in the CCTV images, or have information about the disorder, please phone 101 and provide the call handler with the reference 5218266710."
