Police have released images of a man they wish to speak with in connection with an assault that took place on board a Glasgow train.
The incident happened on the 11.15pm train from Glasgow Central Station to Largs Station, between Paisley and Johnstone, on October 19, 2019.
Police believe the man in the three pictures may be able to assist with their investigation.
He is described as being of heavy build with short dirty blond or grey hair.
He is shown wearing a green short sleeved shirt and a black leather jacket. He was last seen at Glengarnock Station in the company of a female, where they got into a taxi.
Anyone who recognises the man in the images is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference number 1900090115, as he may have important information regarding this incident.
