CCTV image released after woman assaulted in Maryhill Road

Police are searching for a man who may be able to assist with enquiries into a woman being assaulted in Maryhill Road.

The incident happened in the busy north Glasgow street between 9.30 and 9.40pm on Sunday, December 9.

The man, pictured above on CCTV, is 5ft8 to 5ft10 with a medium build, dark hair and a large nose. Police Scotland believe him to be in his 30s and was wearing a dark grey jacket and dark trousers at the time.

Detectives ask anyone who recognises him to get in touch with PC Alana MacDougall at the Greater Glasgow Public Protection Unit, Helen Street, on 101. The reference number is 1969 of 10th December 2018.
