A CCTV image has been released after a woman was assaulted close to Glasgow Unoversity.
Police believe the man in the image could help with the investigation.
The incident occurred at around 1.30am in the west end of the city on Friday, December 13.
A 20-year-old woman was attacked on Napiershall Street, not far from Great Western Road.
The man is described as white with dark hair, a dark beard and having a foreign accent. He is pictured wearing a distinctive jumper with lettering and two arrows pointing downwards on the back.
Anyone who recognises the man in the image or who has any information is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident 1992 of 17 December, 2019.
