Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a man was seen touching himself inappropriately on the Metro.
The incident happened on July 6 when a man touched himself over his clothing on a Metro travelling between Wallsend and North Shields in North Tyneside.
Police launched an investigation to trace the person and say they have now identified the man after a public appeal.
Inquiries into the incident are ongoing. It is believed the man could hold vital information about the incident.
He was on the Metro at the time and may be able to assist police.
