CCTV image released after man exposes himself on bus between Newcastle and North Tyneside

Police want to identify this man after a flasher exposed himself on a bus travelling from Newcastle during rush hour.

The indecent exposure happened at about 5.40pm on May 3 on the number 310 bus travelling from Haymarket bus station towards Battle Hill in North Tyneside.

Inquiries to trace the man are ongoing and police have now released an image of someone they want to identify.

Police say the man in the image was on the bus at the time the offence took place and officers need to speak to him as part of their investigation.

Anyone who knows the man is encouraged to contact police on 101 quoting log 813 03/05/19.
